Where can I buy tickets for the show?
Most shows you can buy tickets at the door. You can also get tickets in advance online on our website. Check our calendar for show details and click on link provided in show details for ticketing.
Is there seating available in the venue?
For shows in the big room, there are a few seating areas available, but it is mostly a standing room only venue. Some events may have reserved seating tickets available for purchase. Our lounge area has a bar and lounge seating in our smoking room.
I can't make it to the show, can i get a refund?
Tickets will only be refunded if we have to cancel a show. Ticket exchanges are not permitted.
Can we purchase drinks during the show?
Yes, our lounge bar is always open everyday 5pm-3am. During big shows we have a second full bar open upstairs in the big room.
Do you serve food?
Hi Tone makes cheese, pepperoni, sausage, and caprese pizzas. The caprese includes dried basil, mozzarella cheese, and sliced tomatoes. You can order one to share or get a personal pizza all for yourself. We also have “Take & Bake” pizzas available for takeout. We make them in house and wrap them in plastic wrap and freeze them. And give you instructions on the box and a special sauce we put on them.
On Mondays and Wednesdays, we have grab and go sushi available from Yokai Sushi available for pickup.
What type of payment is accepted?
Hi Tone takes cash and all major credit cards. Checks will not be accepted as payment.
Do I need my ID to purchase alcohol?
A state issued ID is required of all guests, regardless of your age. If you are over 21 and do not have the proper identification, alcohol consumption will not be allowed. Lounge side is 21 and up and our big side is 18 and up.
I think I left my credit card there last night, can I get it back?
You’re welcome to get your card any time during business hours (5pm-3am). Cards left over night will be charged of your tab plus 20% tip.
What if I have to leave, but want to come back?
Reentry is only allowed for patrons over the age 21. If you are under 21, no reentry is allowed.
I'm disabled, what kind of accommodations can you make for me?
If you require specific accommodations, please call in advance or notify the manager upon arrival, and we will be happy to make arrangements for you.
What time do doors open?
Our downstairs bar lounge is open everyday 5pm-3am. During show nights, if you are 21 years or older, you are allowed to be inside our lounge before doors open. Each show is different, so please check our calendar for show times. Doors open one hour prior to show.
How late do shows run?
Show end times vary depending on the event or artist. The Hi Tone closes at 3am, but may close earlier depending on show stop.
Where do I park?
There is parking available in front of the venue and on the sides. Additional parking is allowed at Regions and the strip mall. Do not park across the street or any business that has a do not park sign posted.

Absolutely! Email us at [email protected] with your event details, and we’ll make it happen. Just promise to invite Trash Cat.
