If you’re looking for an unpretentious, spiritually inflected fun time and shopping experience this summer, come out to the first ever 8/8 Lion’s Gate Portal Metaphysical Market! It’s on Saturday the 8^th of August from 12-6pm at the Hi-Tone 282-284 N. Cleveland St. It’s indoors and entry is free.

The Lion’s Gate Portal is created when the Sun in Leo aligns with the star Sirius, Orion’s Belt, and the Earth and occurs every year from 28 July through 12 August. The peak of this celestial alignment occurs on 8 August – 8/8. Our Metaphysical Market will be on Saturday 8/8 from noon-6pm at the Hi-Tone 482 N. Cleveland St.

A time of intense activation, the Lion’s Gate Portal facilitates spiritual awakening and growth, intention-setting, and an increased ability to hear spiritual messages. The Lion’s Gate Portal Metaphysical Market will feature many tools and handcrafted items for your meditative, spiritual, and ritual work during the Portal and beyond: crystals and stones, herbal prayer candles, wands, tarot cards, pendulums, crystal daggers, handcrafted journals, sacred divination candles, and more.

Other cool, unique, and beautiful creations that will be offered by our marvellous vendors include natural stone jewelry, rune sets, stained glass artworks, chainmail jewelry, pottery, natural body products, sacred geometry jewelry, and paintings.

For this event, many of our vendors are creating special artworks and items that reflect the metaphysical theme and/or relate to the Lion’s Gate alignment, as inspired by their own intuitions.

Tarot and oracle readings will also be available.

And we’ll have some potions specially created for the occasion: alcoholic drinks, natural juices, Third Eye and other metaphysically oriented teas, and other homemade herbal tea blends. Gourmet homemade desserts will also be for sale by Tiffanie’s Charming Cupcakes.
